MASCARAS and the EYE OF PERFECTION

Okay so I counted my lipsticks and lipglosses today and came out with 186!! That is a lot of freaking lip paint! SO I have decided to put my knowledge to use, and help out you ladies out there! Since I have tried almost EVERYTHING under the sun beauty wise, I can now share with you what works and what doesn't!!!! My first topic shall be Mascara! This is the bane of my existence, considering I have tried EVERY single one out there, REALLY I have, I use an earring to separate my eyelashes, and my day can be good or bad, all depending on how good my mascara looks!!!! I have tried Dior, Prescriptives, Lorac, Estee Lauder, Clinique, ETC, any high priced one over $20 you could find. I have also used all drugstore brands and I can tell you that they WORK better than anything you can buy at sephora, nordys, macys ETC. I have two that I HIGHLY recommend and I buy in bulk so I don't run out!! The first Maybelline Great Lash in Very BLACK. My Mom uses this, I have used it for over 12 years and it is fabulous!! It makes short lashes longer, thin lashes thicker, and for those of you blessed with long thick lashes, makes them look better!!!! My new favorite that I love even more than great lash is Maybelline Sky High Curves in Very BLACK in the WATERPROOF formula. IT MUST BE WATERPROOF, I know that it is harder to get off, but invest in an eye makeup remover IT IS WORTH IT!! Not only does this lengthen, thicken, and separate, but it curls and holds the curl because it is waterproof. Trust me this is the best formula out there, and for 8 bucks at the drugstore it is a steal!! Also invest in a FANTASTIC eye lash curler. I love shu uemura, and kevyn aucoin, both are around 20 bucks and are at Sephora or Nordstroms, and are good for a year or more and TOTALLY needed for a great eye!!!!
